Is CODE27 available globally?
Yes, CODE27 will be shipped worldwide. Please be aware that shipping may be restricted or subject to additional fees for APO/FPO military addresses, remote locations, or sensitive destinations. If your address falls into any of these categories, our customer service team (service@code27.co) will reach out to discuss address updates, and additional costs, or to arrange for a cancellation or refund if shipping cannot be completed.
What is the expected shipping time?
Currently, we are in the final stages of development for the SYBRAN CODE27. We anticipate moving into initial production by July 2025, with mass production expected to begin in early August 2025. Our goal is to start shipping the first batch of SYBRAN CODE27 bySeptember 2025.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that the exact delivery time may vary depending on your location and when you provide your shipping details.
What is the warranty period for CODE27?
We provide a 1-year warranty for customers in non-European regions and a 2-year warranty for customers in European countries. The warranty covers any non-human-induced repairs and includes expert guidance and assistance for inquiries during the warranty period. Please be aware that the warranty duration complies with the consumer laws applicable in the country where the product is purchased.

How can I customize my Codie's appearance? What 3D model formats are supported?
CODE27 offers several ways to customize your Codie's appearance using our provided PC and Web client:a. Community Downloads: Download models shared on our CODE27 community platforms for immediate use. We will share official 3D models there, and you can also share yours with other users.b. Custom Creations: Create your own models according to our provided specifications. You can create your models using platforms like VRoid studio, Blender, Maya, also CODE27's upcoming creation platform. CODE27 is compatible with formats such as VRM, FBX, GLTF, and others from VRoid Hub, MMD, SketchFab, and DeviantArt.c. Paid Customization: Upload static images or other model types, and our design team will create a model based on your preferences.We plan to host workshops and DIY events to support creatives and help design custom appearances for characters.
How does voice customization work?
You can customize your Codie's voice with the following options:Custom Voices: A voice cloning tool in the Web client, allows users to upload voice clips. For best results, ensure the clip is clear and uninterrupted by other speakers. After training, you’ll be able to get the desired voice for your character.Preset Voices: A variety of preset voices for different character types will be available.
How can I customize the personality?
CODE27 enables you to shape your Codie's personality by:
- Defining their core traits and history: Write detailed descriptions of their personality, background, and memories, or select from pre-set "Personas".
- Using 'Storybooks': Upload documents like fanfiction or original backstories. This gives your Codie depth, historical context, and helps define their unique voice and dialogue style.
- Setting interaction boundaries: Use "Content Safety Tools" to control what topics your Codie can discuss and to ban specific words or phrases, tailoring their conversational style to your preferences.
These methods ensure your Codie's unique personality is reflected in their dialogue and interactions.
What languages does CODE27 support?
The current version supports English, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean for voice interactions. Codies can understand and speak these languages. More languages are being added gradually.
Can it recognize objects?
The recognition ability mainly relies on the capabilities of multimodal AI. CODE27 is able to identify different objects and things, which depend on the parameters of the AI model's training. With continuous updates, it will be able to recognize an increasing number of objects.
Can Codie search the internet?
Yes, CODE27 models support online search functions. It can help you search for useful information on the internet and work as your intelligent assistant.
