Product Security Vulnerability Disclosure

Any user or researcher may report a security vulnerability related to CODE27 products (device, firmware, mobile application and cloud services) by email:security@code27.co

Reports may be submitted anonymously. If contact information is provided, we will acknowledge receipt within 7 business days.

To help us investigate, please include:

  • Product name and model
  • Description of the vulnerability and affected component
  • Potential impact
  • Steps to reproduce (if available)

CODE27 will review the report and make reasonable efforts to communicate remediation progress.

Product Security Support Period

For CODE27 Companion Hub, security updates will be provided for at least:Regular security updates and patches will be provided throughout the product lifecycle.

Security updates may include vulnerability fixes and security patches for the device, mobile application and cloud services.
