CODE27 RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Please note that return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Terms And Conditions

15-day no-reason return: Within 15 days from the date of receipt, you may request the return of your product package (core device and basic accessories) and receive a full refund.

Return condition requirements: The returned package must be in its original condition and fully functional. All original packaging (accessories and manuals) must be included.

Package integrity: Basic accessories purchased together with the core device are part of the package and cannot be returned or refunded separately.

Damage or missing components: If a returned item is found to be damaged, missing components, or severely damaged in packaging, CODE27 reserves the right to deduct a portion of the refund based on the specific circumstances.

Data processing: If core devices store user data, data should be erased before return. After receiving the returned device, CODE27 will perform a factory reset to clear all personal data.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the return process.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us before returning the item so we can provide instructions.

Return shipments must be sent using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Process

Contact CODE27 Support at service@code27.co to start the return process. Please provide them with proof of purchase, such as an invoice.

After customer service review, you will be provided with the return address and operation instructions. Please make sure all components are included in the package.

Refund Processing Time

After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded.

Refunds processed by CODE27: After your refund request is reviewed and approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment account within 10 business days. The actual receipt time may vary depending on the processing speed of different banks or payment platforms.

Refunds processed by Apple: The refund timing and progress are entirely determined by Apple. Please refer to Apple's official notifications.
