CODE27 PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment options to ensure a smooth checkout experience. Accepted payment methods include:

- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay)
- Shop Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna

For faster checkout, customers may use express payment options such as Shop Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay, which allow you to complete your purchase without manually entering payment and shipping details.

Some payment methods (such as PayPal and Klarna) are provided by third-party services. When using these options, you may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Notes:
- Upon completing payment with a credit/debit card, temporary authorization to charge your account will be obtained. The actual deduction will occur either when your order is dispatched or upon expiration of the temporary authorization hold (6 calendar days), whichever happens earlier.
- Payment method combinations are not permitted - each transaction must be completed using a single payment card per order.
- If a PayPal dispute occurs before shipment, PayPal will withhold payment, forcing us to hold the order. Please settle the dispute to proceed with the order.
- For your protection, orders are subject to the verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner or that the order information is legitimate. CODE27 reserves the right to refuse an order if the order or payment information is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
- Contact our customer service team via email service@code27.co if you encounter any payment-related issues.

What if my payment doesn't go through?

If your payment is declined, you'll need to place a new order (we can't save declined orders). To avoid issues next time:

- Double-check your contact info (phone/email). If shipping to a business, include your name.
- Make sure your card details are correct (expiry date, billing address).
- Enter the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
- Contact your bank if they blocked the payment - they don't tell us why.
- If everything looks right, try a different card or payment method.

Please note that certain payment methods may not be available depending on your location, device, or eligibility.
Klarna and other financing options are subject to approval by the respective payment provider.

Payment Security

All transactions are secure and encrypted. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. We never share your payment information with third parties.
